Two air-conditioned bedrooms, a living area with TV and sofa bed, a first outdoor patio with a sea view, a relaxation area, and a hot shower, useful for rinsing off the salt as soon as you get out of the sea, which is just 20 meters away. On the paved terrace, there is a relaxation area with a hot tub, a sunbathing area, and a relaxation area.

The house is located in Torre San Giovanni, in the heart of the city center, ideal for 2 families of up to 9 people, in a quiet area, very close to the waterfront promenade, which is full of stalls of all kinds, bars, rotisserie shops, restaurants, and children's entertainment. Within walking distance there are also grocery stores. Just 50 meters away is the low cliff with small sandy recesses. Less than 500 meters away are the beautiful and very long Caribbean beaches that can be reached on foot!
