The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. In the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, Bike'n'Board Lodge. Right at the entrance to the village at Schliefwaldtobel and only a 10-minute walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.
