This lakeside home was a perfect getaway! Absolutely amazing space and was perfect for the children. The house is situated close to local bars and restaurants and the view is gorgeous. We found the downtown area to be one of our favorite spots for shopping, local foods and drinks as well. The hosts were helpful, informational and so friendly. Would recommend and stay again!

We stayed her over New Years and had a great time. The house is very open with lots of room for everyone. Beautiful views overlooking the wetlands and lake. There was plenty of beds and could easily accommodate a large group. Hot tub was in a great location out back with a beautiful view. Would love to see how beautiful it is in the summer!

This was overall an incredible stay. we hosted our micro wedding at this property and the host was communicative, kind, and helpful. We had some troubles with the hot water in the bridal suite and while things couldn't be fixed during our stay they made sure to come check our the problem quickly and resolve what they could quickly by compensating us. Additionally, they were able to accommodate a late check out upon request in advance. It wasn't perfect but it was close, and the hosts were truly great to work with if there are any issues or requests. Also, we used their wedding tables and chairs which were fantastic.

Scott’s house was PERFECT! Its location is so close to the lake as well as shops and restaurants. This beautiful and endlessly comfortable house made our crew of 8 lifelong friends feel right at home. We even decided to change our evening plans so we could have more time together there. We loved the yard and spent hours by the fire pit. The Cornhole and swing were such a fun diversion, too! Scott had everything we needed and more, including every kind of kitchen gadget imaginable, soft cozy pillows, sparkling lights, and plenty of cozy places to sit and catch up. We truly felt spoiled! Our only complaint was that we should’ve booked a longer stay. We will be definitely be back!

The house had plenty of room for my family of 10. We truly appreciated all of the extra things to do at the house. The pool table/ping pong table was a hit for the young adults. The fact that they had enough kayaks that the young adults could go out in a group was a huge plus. The only negative I would say is the amount of lily pads in front of the house didn’t allow for swimming off the dock or fishing. Obviously this is not the fault of the owner so we made the best of it.

Great stay at this home. Extremely clean and had everything one could need. Peaceful backyard, and comfortable screened porch to relax in. Very relaxing home with lots of entertainment spaces - so would be ideal for a large group. Comfy bed, you could tell things were new. Liz is a fabulous host and answered my few questions promptly and checkin was extremely smooth. Tvs, WiFi worked like a charm. Would highly recommend if you are in the Fontana/Lake Geneva area. Don't hesitate to book!

If every host could be like Ryan and Angela - this app would be a much better place. They were extraordinarily communicative, attentive and eager to ensure all needs were met. The house was perfect (with a lot of character) - and is a couple of blocks away from the lake and lake trail. Also very close to downtown (for those who don’t mind the walk). Overall, this house is perfect for families looking to create long lasting memories and is managed by hosts that will go out of their way to make it so.

This was my first time using Airbnb. We had a group and it seemed like a better idea to try and find something we could share for the GaryCon convention. None of us were familiar with the area so I used the app and geo bracket for within 10 miles of the convention and came up with this beautiful home that had enough beds to accommodate each of us. I looked through the pics and was happy with what I saw. Sasha was responding quickly to answer my questions and we made the reservations. When we got to the place we were all happy with what we found. The hone was spacious with large beds in each room. 3 baths made it easy for us to get out quickly each morning. The kitchen was really great. The deck was really great. Seriously couldn't not have been happier and more pleased. Thank you for opening up your home to us. I understand why people live the area. I strongly recommend this home and Sasha if you're in the area.

Relaxing Four Season Getaway near Lake Geneva

We were genuinely surprised to find a place in this location so close to the relatives we were visiting. Genoa City is not exactly the hotspot on the border! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, but no overly inquisitive citizens. Property was perfect for our requirements, with the fenced in back yard that allowed us to let our pet out whenever without having to use a leash. Nice personal welcoming touches were unexpected and truly appreciated, since we arrived late and weren't able to do any shopping before hand. Beds were comfortable and spaced throughout the second floor, with expansion in the lower basement if necessary for bigger families, especially those with older children. School immediately across the street is great for spontaneous recreation of all types if you have the equipment. Our dog has not had the opportunity to enjoy such a large open space for quite some time and it was great to wear him out for the evening prior to bedtime. Abundant TVs throughout the home!

Beautiful home with ample space for our group of 10! It was our first Christmas without my mother and we decided as a family to spend our holiday somewhere new. The owner of the house made sure we had everything we needed and went over and beyond to make the house look festive! Despite it being winter, there were a lot of things to do. We made use of the beautiful game room, played cards, board games, shot pool and had our daily movie night in one of the two large family rooms. We had such a great experience despite my family’s loss that we are thinking of returning next year!

Not only was Meghan's place beautiful and scenic, but it had so many amenities to take advantage of. From boards games on stormy nights, to the hot tub and yard games during sunny mornings. This place had all the options. The house itself was just right for our group of 6 and was stocked full of kitchen equipment for meals, using the grill, making smores, and making coffee. By the end of the trip, all of my friends said they would love to come back to this place later in the year. Meghan herself, was very responsive and accomodating to any questions or needs that we had to make the weekend we stayed there a great one.

Beautiful property with lots of extras. Beautifully decorated, clean, with amazing views of the lake. Even though the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the outdoor amenities, it was still pretty to look at - the fire pit was enclosed in an igloo with twinkle lights and other areas of the property were lit up as well. There were just enough Christmas decorations inside and out - not over done. The property has a unique layout and would be ideal for a family reunion where each family wanted their own space - 4 separate living areas - all decorated nicely with high end finishes. On this visit my husband and I were the only guests. It was the perfect place for us to relax and reconnect. Very peaceful. Jesse with quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We are looking forward to another visit when the weather warms up a little.

Zach was very responsive and helpful with our last minute planning. The property is exactly as indicated in the photos and was very clean. Even in the winter, the lake view was exactly what we needed … very relaxing and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you, Zach, for all your help! one thing that has nothing to do with the host or the house itself … google maps has a difficult time routing you to this property … Waze is a better option. Getting to the property by turning on Gibson from the main road is a much better option and provides a more clear route. You won’t regret a stay at this property!

Four couples in our 50s appreciated the five bedrooms and four bathrooms in this spacious and well-appointed home. We took full advantage of the deck with its grill and peaceful backyard. We were surprised that more neighbors weren't also outside to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather, but we imagined the backyards along that channel must be abuzz in the summer months compared to mid-October. We also put the kitchen through its paces with a surf & turf dinner for which we found every plate, bowl, platter, and utensil we needed. We hope to return in the future with a boat to use during our stay. Thanks Jennifer!

Great house for a winter getaway with friends - place was cozy, comfortable with a breezy vibe. We loved spending time in the living area, the sofa and arm chairs are very comfy. My family and I had such a fun time here for a week visiting family for Easter break. We’re from the city and we loved mchenry and how it was close to so many shops for breakfast, dinner. Ice cream, laundry etc. We were also very close to family and church. Lovely neighborhood with a park across the street. Plenty of room in the apt for my kiddos to run around. I particularly loved that the floors and doors weren’t squeaky and made noise. This is our bi-yearly place from now on.

Lori’s place was very nice, clean and cozy. The bed and the sofa were super comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with the essentials. We felt comfortable and right at home. The game changer was the breakfast items and snacks that were available for us to eat. The fresh farm eggs, English muffins, OJ, milk, cereal, granola bars, butter, condiments and much more was a very kind and unique touch for an Air BnB. Oh and I can’t forget about the lovely note left for us wishing us a great stay and a Happy Anniversary. My husband and I felt right at home at Lori’s place 🥰❤️🥰

We LOVED staying with Bruce & Pam and their property is amazing. They were very welcoming hosts, took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay, and even went out of their way to accommodate our toddler with a high chair. They were wonderful on their own and their waterfront property was perfect for our young family. They have their own private beach with access to their paddle boards & firepit, have a swing set that was perfect for our toddler, and are also just a short walk to the additional community beach down the road & Wonder Lake Marina. We were able to rent a boat through the Marina and it was perfect for a fun day on the water with easy access to walk to/from the boat rental. Perfect stay, perfect hosts, and wonderful property. You won’t regret your stay for a private trip as a couple and also perfect for families with children.

Location in downtown Waterford was great and we were able to walk to the river park and downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Although it is located on Main Street, there is little traffic at night and we had no trouble sleeping. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

The children spend most of their time in the hay stable: swinging, chatting and petting the cats. The blossoming orchard was very pretty for a small walk. The children already asked when we can go back for another weekend.

Our stay here was amazing! The house was in a great location and decorated so beautifully. The hosts truly thought out this listing and had SO many amenities for us to enjoy. It was the perfect place to stay for 10 adults, and we easily could have fit 2 more. The host was extremely responsive, and we felt at ease throughout the entire stay. Debbie’s place is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. We came to Lake Geneva to bring in the New Year with two other couples and it was a Perfect getaway! We cooked a feast on Jan. 1 and were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen. This place is great, highly recommend!
