We had a wonderful stay at Massimo & Danila’s house, which is an architectural gem filled with beautiful details and personal touches. Even in the winter time it was very warm and the fireplace added to the feeling of comfort. We loved the peace and quiet that the house radiates, as well as the surrounding sand dunes and beautiful beaches. Thank you for making our stay so magical & we hope to return.

Antonio's place was fabulous. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, well-furnished and quite large. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable for a great stay. Antonio was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. He answered any questions immediately and kindly provided us with suggestions for restaurants, bars and street food (you must try the market and sandwich place he suggests... the sandwiches are to die-for!!! The location is great is close to the archeological site where you can see among many things the Greek theatre and getting to Ortigia is a 25 minute walk, but I would suggest you drive there or if going at night, take a taxi/uber back if you don't have a car. If you have a car, it's easy to get to other spots such as Ragusa, Noto, Modica or take a hike to Cava Grande Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks Antonio!

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

Enza was very nice! She is a very welcoming and friendly person. She is very responsive at every stage of the process. I greatly recommend. The place is very cosy, a haven of peace, just two to five walking minutes to the main interesting spots of the city!

Le logement d'Eleonora est extrêmement bien placé avec une terrasse vue imprenable sur le duomo et l'autre versant de modica. Le logement est très vaste , avec un équipement fonctionnel . La literie est bonne . La rue au pied de la maison est un axe passant de modica alta et assez bruyante concernant les véhicules mais la chambre donnant sur l'arrière est calme . Nous avons eu la chance de venir lors des fêtes de St Georges . Eléonora nous a gentiment fait prêt de son garage durant cette période chargée en monde mais qui en contrepartie a entrainé le fait que la rue soit souvent fermée à la circulation ce qui a été un plus pour nous . Vous pouvez vous déplacer à pied dans tout modica facilement - bcp de marche mais c'est un des charmes de la ville- , superette et bon restaurant proche. Nous reviendrions volontiers dans ce logement

tolle Wohnung im Herzen von Ortigia. Wir hatten die Wohnung zum Meer mit zwei Balkonen und einem fantastischen Sonnenaufgang.

This was my 3rd abnb this trip, and this one was the most spacious so far, with large bedroom. Near enough to walk to Ortigia, and leave the car on the local public street nearthe flat in Siracusa without needing to deal with the ZTL area of Ortigia. Shower was spacious which was good, because many are very small. Small development of about 5 apartments, 3 upstairs, 2 downstairs, small sunny courtyard with seating. Local tax of €19 for 1 week, €4 to use washing machine in a separate room, €3 if you have washing powder. I don't cook, so it was ok, but like most abnbs the cooking worktop area is small. Host Valeria was lovely, and was available quickly for queries. I took the train down from Taormina €13.40, and a taxi from the station to the flat was €20. Panateria nearby, also somewhere nearby for breakfast id required.

Quella a Casetta Porta Rossa è stata una settimana fantastica. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti dal centro di Noto. Nei dintorni c’è tutto il necessario: bar per consumare ottime colazioni siciliane, forno dove acquistare sfincioni, focacce, ecc per dei pranzi al sacco, alimentari, ristoranti ecc. Carla è un host responsivo, sempre gentile. Torneremo volentieri!

Wow — this place was absolutely incredible! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The views were breathtaking, the location was unbeatable, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The service and accommodations were spot on — very helpful, very friendly, and made us feel right at home. Everything you need is within walking distance, and you’re in the ocean within 60 seconds. We’re already dreaming about coming back, hopefully for a full month next time. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality! Highly recommend.

Es war ein Traum! Wir haben ganz spontan einen Tag zuvor gebucht und wurden gleich so herzlich empfangen. Mein Hund liebt die beiden Welpen der Vermieter so sehr und vermisst sie jetzt schon. Corrado ist ein sehr herzlicher Host und trotz Sprachbarriere konnten wir super kommunizieren! Er brachte uns Tomaten und lehrte uns was Maulbeeren in echt sind, ein Traum! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem privaten Strand, den wir Anfang Mai ganz für und alleine hatten!😍 Die Unterkunft hat einen süßen eigenen Garten inklusive Outdoordusche und Maulbeerbaum. Sie ist mit Mauer und Tor eingezäunt und hat einen extrem langen und breiten goldenen Sandstrand. Das Meer ist wunderbar und alles so sauber. Man fühlt sich bei Corrado richtig familiär und gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzensempfehlung!❤️

Corrado war pünktlich am Haus, sehr freundlich, hat alles erklärt, war auch bei Problemen immer erreichbar. Top. Das kleine Haus, in dem seine Großeltern lebten, ist frisch renoviert, tadellos sauber, hat sogar eine Waschmaschine und 2 voll ausgestattete Bäder. Handtücher und Bettwäsche duften gut, in der Küche gibt es alles was man zum Kochen benötigt plus reichlich Kaffekapseln und es gibt eine Terasse auf der ich mich sogar im Dezember sonnen konnte. Danke Corado 🙏🏼 Auch wenn die kleine Gasse bis zum Haus nicht einladend aussieht, sobald man den Vorhof im Haus betritt, fühlt man sich wie im Paradies.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll und hat einen einmaligen Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Wenche ist eine super sympathische Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Nur 2 min vom Meer und einem sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Giuseppe was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The location was also great, right by the center, but do keep in mind it is only accessible by stairs. There is a free parking space a bit further away from the accommodation, however paid parking around the Piazza Giacomo Matteotti was very cheap and gave more easy access to the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

Unser 10 Tage-Aufenthalt Anfang Mai war traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, jedoch kann man von hier aus viele der schönen Orte besuchen. Und davon gibt es zahlreiche. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist keine 10 Fahrminuten entfernt, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Pool und Ferienhaus sowie das ganze Grundstück sind richtig schön angelegt. Highlight ist neben dem schönen Grundstück natürlich der Pool, der selbst Anfang Mai zum Abkühlen eingeladen hat. Vincenzo ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, super freundlich, verfügbar aber man hat dennoch die ganze Zeit über seine Privatsphäre. Man kann sich frei bewegen und sich auch gern mal an den Früchten und Kräutern im Garten bedienen. Es war ein Traum. Der Hund der Familie Mila ist absolut liebenswert, entspannt, verspielt und wasserscheu.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage, die Decken war hoch und die Zimmer geräumig. Dass, das Bad recht klein ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Am Wochenende war es teilweise recht laut. Da es ein Eckhaus ist, kommt recht viel Lärm von außen an. Ansonsten konnten wir aber sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben ein babybett & babystuhl bereitgestellt bekommen und der Kontakt mit Aurora war auch zuverlässig und schnell. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm in der Unterkunft gelassen und hoffen, dass er auch von anderen Gästen genutzt werden kann.

Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Giuseppe, grazie ancora una volta per averci aiutato a trascorrere un periodo meraviglioso e per il tuo aiuto in ogni fase ! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Justyna&Arek :)

Great spot within walking distance of the main sites. Easy to find with street parking right out front. Damanio was very communicative via the app, and his mother was so kind and welcoming. Check in was very easy and we were able to store our bags for a while after check out the next morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Alberto was a great host, very friendly and gave us heaps of great restaurant recommendations, from popular to hidden. It was also just a short walk from the main areas which made for a nice walk. We were able to do some washing, and there were lots of bathroom amenities.

Esperienza positiva, Giovanni e sua figlia Simona sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è situato su una delle strade principali, la posizione consente di raggiungere a piedi in 10min il litorale, cuore di Pozzallo. Lo consiglio a quelle coppie che vogliono passare qualche giorno di relax o per fare il tour da Pozzallo a Modica; perfetto per due persone senza tante pretese in quanto mini, soprattutto il box doccia. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità torneremo presto

Marco war ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit sämtlichen Hilfestellungen souverän durch die doch recht knifflige Einfahrt gelotst (die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr verwinkelten, übrigens nicht barrierefreien Anlage, die wiederum in einer Art „gadet Community“ mit vielen anderen Ferienanlagen und Ferienhäusern steht, welche nur durch eine Schranke und Tore passierbar ist. Wir hatten unglaubliches Glück und waren fast die einzigen Gäste in der Anlage. Den tollen und sehr sauberen Pool hatten wir also fast für uns alleine. Generell war alles sehr ruhig und friedlich und wir fast alleine. Die Aussicht von Marcos Terrasse ist ein Traum. Ganz ganz fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer und den Ätna. Je nach Tageszeit etwas Sonne, etwas Schatten. Einfach überragend. Die Anlage/Wohnung aus den 60er Jahren hat einen tollen Charme, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen;) Zugänge zum Meer haben wir leider vergeblich gesucht. Viele Wege waren versperrt oder zugewachsen. Danke, Marco!🫶

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das absolute Highlight ist die großzügige Außenterrasse mit einer weiteren Küche, Grill, Außendusche und sogar einer separaten Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es eine zweite Terrasse am Eingangsbereich, perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen – was in dieser Jahreszeit besonders angenehm war, da es nicht zu heiß war. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Stefania hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihr rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen und lieben es, lange Spaziergänge am Meer zu machen – besonders empfehlen können wir Donnalucata. Auch die Städte Syrakus, Modica und Ragusa Ibla haben uns mit ihrer Schönheit und Atmosphäre beeindruckt. Wir danken Stefania von Herzen ♥️!

L’esperienza è stata perfetta , Angelo è stato amichevole e molto disponibile, l’alloggio era perfetto , ristrutturato , fornito di tutto per un soggiorno piacevole e comodo ,il giardino è curatissimo , la terrazza splendida soprattutto in questo periodo dell’anno. Perfetto per visitare questa zona della Sicilia.
