The garden by the sea

A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

The little house by the sea

The accommodation is a beautiful two-room apartment 50 meters from the sea, completely renovated, with a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and a covered terrace. The apartment, equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV, is in a very central area and is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. There is a large free parking lot 100 meters away. There is no linen (sheets and bath towels), you can have it for an extra cost.

The penthouse is less than a 150-meter walk from the Follonica waterfront.

La Casa di Tita is a cozy two-room attic apartment, on the third floor without an elevator, in the center of Follonica, 180 meters from the promenade and the beach, a few minutes from Via Roma and the station, in an area equipped with all amenities. It consists of a living area with a double sofa bed and kitchenette with everything you need, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, household linen, cleaning products, bathroom courtesy kit, welcome basket.

A lovely family-run farmhouse with swimming pool located in panoramic position in the Chianti area, just 10 kms from Siena. The owners produce an excellent Chianti wine, grappa, olive oil and honey and all the guests of the apartments are welcome for a free visit of the Winery and a tasting.
