The garden by the sea

A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

The little house by the sea

The accommodation is a beautiful two-room apartment 50 meters from the sea, completely renovated, with a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and a covered terrace. The apartment, equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV, is in a very central area and is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. There is a large free parking lot 100 meters away. There is no linen (sheets and bath towels), you can have it for an extra cost.

Bright, fully renovated two-room apartment located on the top floor (sixth floor) of a building in downtown Follonica. Building equipped with an elevator Although located in a very central part of the city, the penthouse offers a sense of calm and tranquility, thanks in part to the breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, which can be enjoyed from the large, 80-square-meter (860-square-foot) terrace for exclusive use. The penthouse is less than a 150-meter walk from the Follonica waterfront.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.
