Panos is a fantastic host, from the fresh figs and delicious orange cake waiting in the fridge for us on our arrival, to organising a local lady to come and do some cooking for us ( a great way to taste really delicious Greek food) to being on the phone when our car broke down and acting as a translator plus lots more. The villa is a real get away from it all location and just 8 mins drive from the local buzz of the local town. It was so good that we just didn’t want to leave. The views are fantastic and better than the photos in real life. There is lots to do around and about ,lovely little beaches, great restaurants and the boat taxi to Spetse is close by as well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

The location is just perfect! Close to the center of the town, but also very private. The apartment is much better than the pictures suggest. the only thing we've missed was a netflix capable TV.

What a lovely home! Loved the garden and upper terrace. Excellent central location. Angelos is very responsive, a great host. And many thanks to Maria and the trycicle gentleman for meeting us at the port and taking care of all our luggage.

The view is wonderful, the area is peaceful. WiFi is superb for my work. Ideally situated between Hermioni and Porto Cheli. So many beaches within easy reach. The apartment was well equipped and clean and tastefully decorated. A perfect place to come to rest and recharge. The hosts are lovely, friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly go back.

The host is wonderful! The house is wonderful and clean everything is just perfect, it was fun fun!!! I will definitely go there again. You could really feel the investment and caring from the host at all times of the stay, I was there for a whole month and my friends came to stay with me and it was just wonderful!!!!! I highly recommend for anyone looking , quiet, beautiful view from the house, a wonderful port 2 minutes drive from the house with restaurants and bars. In short, just wonderful!

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. We booked the house for a four day weekend of the Holy Spirit. A little fantastic garden house over the canal. The first night we didn't go out and had a drink with our kids gazing at the canal. I think the price for such a little house is great. For those who haven't been, the location is just magical. One little Venice. The beach at 3 min walk. Within a 7-minute drive there are 2-3 taverns for meat or fish. Harry responded directly to any questions we had. Thank you so much we will visit you again as soon as possible. I highly recommend it!
