Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Rent apartment departure and return skis on the foot recently renovated. Studio cabin 4 people, south esxposition. Ideally located in the district of Fontanettes, you will have business (bakery, restaurant, ski rental and ski lifts). A free shuttle is also available to go to the croisette and / or heather (less than 10 min walk). Access and return of the ski area directly by the slope in front of the apartment (Slope of the boyes).

Laura's chalet is just the perfect "Swiss chalet": the view, garden, wooden house, and location among other typical chalets. The place was convenient for our writing retreat. The environment of the village is stunning during the spring season, with Daphadels, snowdrops and crocus blowing in the gardens. Many thanks for hosting us.

We stayed here as a family of 3 with a 2 year old for 5 nights and genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more. The most accommodating hosts we have come across and the apartment was perfect. So well equipped for us and our little girl - the toys were very much appreciated! It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed and more. The views from the balcony were spectacular. We got the train into chamonix twice which was super easy and only a 10-15 minute walk to the station and the supermarket is on the doorstep. We hope to stay again next year - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Nous (4 adultes - 4 enfants) avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau chalet avec une vue magnifique. L'agencement était parfait, permettant de profiter de l'endroit tous ensemble ou de s'isoler (1 salon en haut et 1 en bas). L'accès est facile depuis Morzine, moins depuis St Jean d'Aulps, permettant d'aller aisément dans plusieurs stations. Merci à nos hôtes.

This was our second stay at Laetitia's place, and once again, it was an amazing experience. Laetitia is such a wonderful host—friendly, approachable, and always ready with helpful information about the location and nearby facilities. Her place is incredibly cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic time skiing in Samoens, and the convenience of the shuttle bus stopping just 50 meters away from the apartment was a huge bonus. Laetitia, thank you once again for everything. Great location, 5-10 min walk into town. The apparent is immaculately finished with great furnishings. For our party of 4 adults, it was a little tight & kitchen utensils/equipment were a little limited but for a short stay this wasn't a problem. The main bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable, TV and wifi worked fine. We were fine for parking but it did get busy towards the weekend. Overall it our stay was excellent & we would definitely stay here again - thanks!
