The house is adorable and easy to get to from downtown, Berry, or the Rome Tennis Center (all about a 5-10 minute drive). Dog friendly spot that met all of our needs. Fenced in yard was a bonus-I didn’t notice it described when we booked. It was just my husband and I, but the three bedrooms are spacious and would be comfortable for a family or more couples traveling together. Kitchen had all you need to prep meals. Access to the washer and dryer was a plus for us. When we come back, we’ll definitely look to book Rachel’s place. She was easy to communicate with and the check-in/out directions were minimal and easy to follow.

Nice house and comfy beds. The house is on a very busy 4 lane road. It was too loud for us to be outside and enjoy the amenities. The neighboring ATV dealership is literally out the bedroom window, so not as private as we hoped. But, the host was wonderful to work with.

Certainly! Here’s a refined version of your review: The new townhouse in downtown Rome, GA, offers a clean, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere. The thoughtful addition of white noise devices in the bedrooms truly enhances the comfort of the stay. Although our weekend was rainy, having access to a dry garage made a significant difference. Melissa was incredibly responsive and friendly, promptly addressing our questions. We would absolutely choose to stay here again!

We loved our stay! We loved the view from the back porch, on a foggy morning the clouds were low so it totally felt like we were above the clouds and knew why it was called cloudland. We loved watching and listening to a thunderstorm from the screened in porch. The hottub, jacuzzi tub, and Sauna were such great amenities! We will be back !
