The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The 2-room ground floor apartment, 50 square meters, is newly renovated and furnished. The living room with laminate flooring has a large couch that can be converted into a bed for 2 people. The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Enjoy your time in our stylish and lovingly furnished apartment. Our apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge (+ freezer) and a coffee machine. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed 140 cm and a wardrobe. There is another sleeping space available on the sofa bed.

Charming half-timbered house on the Altenstadt golf course

In 2018, we lovingly renovated and modernized the guest house, an old half-timbered house on our farm. In the countryside and only 30 km from Frankfurt, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy nature. For golf lovers, it is only 100 meters to the course, where the Ristorante Bella Vista with Italian cuisine is also waiting for you. There are also dishes, such as pizza, to go.
