Located in Homestead, you are in the central location for outlets, The Florida Keys, and Miami. 2 floor apartment with the main bedroom on the second floor. Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection.

A charming pathway is framed by an archway, leading to a front door. The walkway is bordered by carefully arranged stones and lush greenery, with sunlight filtering through the trees, creating a warm and inviting entrance.

You are 15-20 minutes from the Speedway, 20 minutes from the Everglades, and 30 minutes from Key Largo. For guests wishing to stay a month or more, I would require you to provide a copy of your photo ID.
