The place was easy to find. It was clean, spacious and had everything we need.

We recently attended a congress at a nearby hotel, and this location was absolutely ideal for us! It offered the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again. There’s a small supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, a charming bakery down the street, and public transport is easily accessible. Plus, the free underground parking was a fantastic bonus—safe and secure! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Firstly I want to say that Florin is great guy. He met us in person in front of the building, and greeted us as we are his friends, not Abnb guests. The location is in residential area, nearby Cluj Arena. The flat is more than just another airbnb apartment, it is a home. When we entered the place, we immediately felt like we are at home. It is spacious, exactly like in photos, everything is new and well decorated and with a lot of daylight. Cleanliness is at highest level, and the flat offers magnificent view of the city, Can`t tell when is better, during the day or night. Florin is great guy, who told us about Salina Turda (must see), he was proactive and friendly, provide us with his private parking spot in front of the building, and offered himself to help us with resolving some parking ticket we`ve managed to get :-) If you are visiting Cluj, Florin should be your host. Thanks for everythin.

We had a fantastic experience at this New Year's Eve apartment! 🏡 Everything was exactly as we wanted: impeccable cleanliness, a modern and welcoming decor, and the space was perfect to feel at home. Really responsive hosts. The place was well-equipped, with everything I needed for my stay. It is a comfortable and welcoming place, with well thought out amenities and nice ambiental lights. Quiet location, close to some nice Cluj areas and 20 mins away from the city center. The available bicycle was a really cool addition. I recommend the place!

All the instructions from Dacrilo were very clear and there is a digital lock on the door which allows to do the check-in autonomously. The building is brand new and very clean. The apartment itself is very clean and well-equipped. The small bonus is the Lidl supermarket right next to the building, which is very useful when you come for a few days and don't want to spend too much time to go buy your food. The neighbourhood is nice but a bit far from the city center, it is necessary to walk for a while, or take a bus or a Bolt taxi to go there.

Nice, spacious apartment in a residential complex near Cluj-Napoca. We only stayed one night and did not use many of the amenities, but it looked like everything you might need was available.

All around great and gorgeous location. It is very close to Iulius mall (I think it's a 15 min walk road). The accommodation itself, very nicely arranged, equipped with everything you needed, and I loved the theme of the apartment. I felt like home!😇 Highly recommended this place to stay! Surely if I come again in Cluj, I will come back to the Boat House!😁
