Acesta este situat intr-o zona foarte linistita si este compus din 2 dormitoare cu pat dublu, o baie spatioasa, un living cu bucatarie open space, respectiv un balcon mare. Pe langa vesela(tacamuri, farfurii,oale, cani, pahare de vin si sampanie etc.), bucataria este dotata cu un cuptor cu microunde, plita pe gaz, cuptor, frigider si aparat de cafea (cu pastile incluse). Se inchiriaza impreuna cu parcarea subterana.
