More beautiful than in the photos, very comfortable, very good with the schedules to arrive early, the area is nice, there was no problem and the noises were not annoying.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

My stay at the place was great. The place is as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable, and very well-located. The communication with the host was quick and clear at all times, which made check-in and check-out very easy. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. First time in Buenos Aires. We did pretty much everything on foot, subway and bus, and the location helped a lot to make this happen. Close to everything. Mari is loving. I came for work, I arrived at the apartment late, I called her and she answered to help me. I went in and there was a homemade bun, the apartment is impeccable, the decoration is beautiful, it looks like Pinterest. I'd go back!

We had a great week in Victoria's apartment! Super comfortable, the windows to the street give it a lot of space, and the decor is very nice. Victoria was very helpful at all times. We love the neighborhood, we always go to Palermo, and the location of this apartment is excellent, with plenty of bars and restaurants on the street below and in the surrounding area. I want to thank the real estate agent for having introduced herself as a reference during my stay, María del Sol, who was the one who introduced herself, super attentive and was available the times I had to contact her quickly and very cordially, which I really appreciated. A super comfortable apartment as described in the listing, and the area is quiet with nearby shops such as a 24-hour supermarket at the door, pharmacies and recommended places to eat. Overall, it was a positive experience and I appreciate the attention I received.

The apt is extremely nice and new. Shower is great with very good water pressure (important in Buenos Aires). I think it’s a little bit small relative to the price paid but nice to stay there. I didn’t like that the check-in is late compared to other apts.

I stayed 35 days, a highly recommended apartment for long stays, good location, safe and quiet and well connected to tourist centers. Wifi works great Gianfranco was very kind and decisive in everything that was asked of him. I'll do it again, for sure.
