Neighborhood Pool, WIFI, Free Parking, Backyard View Excellent location, 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan home that borders a nature preserve looking out the lanai in the Village of Palo Alto. Walking distance to Spanish Springs and close to Lake Sumter Landing. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there. Prices include golf cart!

Stunning *NEW Remodel RIVER FRONT Oasis!

We had such a great stay at Ashley’s place! The space was clean, fun, and full of positive energy. There was no shortage of things to do—between the pool, paddleboards, canoe, dart board, and ping pong table, we were entertained the entire time. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and everything was well-kept. Ashley and her co-host were incredibly friendly and respectful of our privacy, staying in their own attached living space. We only saw them briefly on Sunday morning while they were outside doing some yard work—otherwise, we had the place to ourselves. It was a perfect spot for me, my 14-year-old daughter, and her group of eight friends. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

The River Bungalow “N” was pleasantly decorated, clean and fresh. It is at the end of the row of bungalows, right next to the dog walking area. The porch area is nicely furnished and felt cozy. I wished I could get the kerosene heater to work, but it wasn’t an emergency so I didn’t contact the host. Only found the detailed checkout instructions in the binder after I had started the sheets in the washer- I hope that was ok. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and pots and pan. We appreciated the little extras like washing machine pods and paper towels and extra garbage bags. Wasn’t right on the river, but walkable to KP hole, and kayak/board launching privileges included. We will be back in the summer!

We enjoyed our two week stay very much. The home had all the necessary basics, was very clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. We had a minor issue and they had someone there within ten minutes to resolve it! Having the golf cart included is a plus. We navigatigated our travels through The Villages quite comfortably the majority of the two weeks using the cart rather than the car. There is a pool quite close to the home and the home is also located pretty close to Brownwood Square. We would highly recommend this property.

Had an amazing time at The Villages! The atmosphere was vibrant, the amenities were top-notch, and the entire experience was beyond our expectations. One of the absolute highlights was getting around in the golf cart—it made exploring the area so much fun and convenient! Cruising through the beautifully maintained streets, stopping at great restaurants, and enjoying the scenery was an experience we won’t forget. The sense of community and the friendly locals made the stay even better.

We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!
