An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Good place to stay in a good location. As described on the site. There is a fishing and spearfishing shop in the next building, which was an additional advantage for me. The disadvantages of the problem with the internet. Christ responded to this issue and replaced the equipment, but the low speed from the provider did not make it possible to use the Internet comfortably. And the mobile internet, unfortunately, is also very bad in this place. If this is not a problem, then the apartment of Christ is a great option, especially for a large group.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

I think this was the best place we ever stayed in Greece. If you have a dog or little child then this is the perfect place for you. We will definitly come back. Perfect place to stay longer and do trips to thessaloniki or halkidiki.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

Yannis was a fantastic host, super friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The house was great, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Bonus cool thing- a fisherman drives by the house almost every day with fresh fish, we grilled them and it was phenomenal.

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! Very friendly host family. Accommodation as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well-maintained pool. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You just have to cross the street and you can swim directly in the sea. For shopping or restaurant visits you need a car. Covered parking on the premises.

Giorgos is a great host and takes very good care of his guests and their wellbeing. He helps with restaurant tips and activities that can be done in the area and Chalkidiki region.

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside, it was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

The property offers 6 individual apartments, all of which are very tidy and clean as well as modernly furnished. In each room there is a small kitchenette that is sufficiently equipped (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, capsule coffee machine, contact grill, fridge, stove, sink). No dishwasher. There was no larger common room, but in summer temperatures you sit outside anyway. On the property, Nathalia (the good soul of the accommodation) has a small house where you can always approach her. She cleans the rooms if desired and even washed laundry for us. We did not feel controlled and had enough privacy. The nearest towns are 5 and 10 minutes away by car. There you get everything you need. The nearest bay is a 10-minute walk away. The pool was very well maintained and there were 2 outdoor showers. All in all, we (5 couples) felt very comfortable. Absolutely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Polihrono with our two kids, and this place was perfect for our family! The flat was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was great, close to the beach and local amenities, making it convenient to explore the area. Our host was absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had. They made us feel truly welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with kids. We can't wait to come back again!

This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

Exceptional hospitality and very beautiful space

We had a great vacation here. The only thing that wasn't so great was the internet connection. Also on the last night of our stay there were some problems with the electricity due to the storm and rain. Everything else was just fine.

It's a nice quiet village, perfect for families with kids. A lot of kids to make new friends, Greek, Serbian or Bulgarian. The house is equipped for living, so you can prepare your own food. There is a small but well stocked supermarket in the village, and bigger stores (Discount and OK Deli) within 1 km. Delivery vans bring fresh fish and fruit almost every day. Good communication with the host.

Iliana's place is very pleasant. The house is situated in a gated complex with a very nice beach, surrounded by lots of trees providing natural shades. The place is excellent for a peaceful vacation away from the crowds.

We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.
