I spend a whole month, together with my dog, in this lovely serene place to write. Vezelay and its surroundings inspired me enormous and help me to unlock my creativity. The. house is cosy and has a wood stove that is so romantic. At sunny days I could use a little patio to sit in the sun. Philippe and Francois really welcomed me into their live and shared tips, friends, stories and food with me. They really took good care of me, making sure I had enough wood pellets for the wood stove. An experience I will treasure for life. Esther

We felt really comfortable in the beautiful house and enjoyed the stay very much. The kitchen invites you to work and particularly pleased my sister. We take cultural, as well as scenic, unforgettable impressions and moods from the surrounding area and will be happy to come back.

Very nice accommodation on the same property as the owners. Very clean and tidy. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. there is a staircase to go to the bedrooms in a row. the setting is natural and relaxing. I highly recommend

Very good accommodation for people working during the day. Pleasant and peaceful corner. For me, and this is only a personal opinion that does not question the habitat and its hosts, suffering from intense bodily pain, being hospitalized to relieve his severe pain, the bed was painful to me. This place is wonderful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. The pool is fabulous and the peace and quiet and the views make it the perfect spot for a relaxing break. The bedrooms were all generous sizes. The place is very rural (great for walks and runs) but that adds to its charm.

We spent 5 days for New Year's Eve and had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the kitchen equipment which allowed us to make good dishes. We also appreciated the welcome from Stéphanie and Guillaume who provided us with a crib with its mattress at the last minute.

The stone cottage features a rustic façade with dark wooden door and window accents. Lush greenery surrounds the entrance, complemented by a well-maintained walkway that leads to the door. A clay-tile roof provides a classic touch against the clear blue sky.

Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining room also, large garden with swing much appreciated by our children. The location is a good point too.
