Nous avons été très bien accueilli, superbe appartement, propre et facile d’accès. La description correspond aux photo et l’extérieur est très beau. Pour une journée ensoleillé, c’était parfait pour nous !

Une très bonne expérience, l’hôte est très réactif +++ et très agréable. Un appartement à moins de 15 min à pied du centre ville et du palais des beaux arts. Parfait 👍🏼

Maison bien située à proximité de l'abbaye de Floreffe, de Namur et de Dinant. Très belle région pour la rando et le vélo. De nombreux dépliants touristiques sont à disposition dans le logement et Béatrice est vraiment une hôtesse accueillante et toujours disponible. Je recommande +++++

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Didier war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Gerne wieder!

Quelques jours dans le Airbnb de Mélissa pour venir voir ma famille en Belgique. Mes filles et moi nous sommes senti très bien dans l’appartement. Très confortable, propre.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war sehr modern und qualitativ. Unser morgendliche Kaffee auf der Terrasse war ein Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Très bon séjour, François est absolument extraordinaire. Très sympathique, reçoit ces hôtes et les traitent de façon royale ! Tous les locataires ont étés plus d'une fois invités à sa terrasse pour des petits afterworks/barbecues et j'en passe ! Excellente ambiance conviviale. Le logement est parfaitement similaire aux photos, même bien mieux en réalité ! A recommander à tout hôte en quête de calme et de sérénité, dans un cadre très proche de la nature.

Die Unterkunft von Thomas war super! Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und toll ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Kindergeschirr und eine ganze Schublade mit Spielzeug. Der Plattenspieler war das perfekte "Spielzeug" für die Erwachsenen ;)

El apartamento es cómodo y grande como en la foto, la cama es suave y las sabanas de buena calidad, todo lo necesario para la cocina, la calefacción super bien calientito para los días fríos. Hay una tienda cerca, a 10 minutos andando y una estación de tren a 12 minutos. Todas las comodidades. La anfitriona muy amablemente nos ayudó a llegar a la lavandería para lavar nuestra ropa. Muchas gracias Marie, volveremos eso seguro. Deseamos la prosperidad y felices fiestas!

Quel plaisir d'arriver dans un appartement aussi grand, bien équipé, impeccable, à proximité du centre ville tout en étant au calme. Des petites attentions qui montrent que le propriétaire est attentif au bien-être de ses locataires et des informations très claires pour arriver dans les meilleures conditions. Il ne manque rien, tout est en parfait état et l'appartement est encore plus grand que ce qui apparaît sur l'album photos. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine et ne manquerons pas d'y séjourner à nouveau. Merci Benoit

Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu voir notre hôte par manque de temps (week-end professionnel), mais Damien était réactif et bienveillant dans ses communications. Le logement est propre et bien isolé dans un quartier calme. Place de parking devant (nous avons pu stationner sans problème en camionnette)

J'ai passé un excellent séjour, Jean-Baptiste a été très réactif, serviable et prévenant, avec des instructions claires pour l'arrivée et le départ (et même un petit guide de la ville !). Logement impeccable aussi, tout équipé. Rien à redire, si ce n'est que c'était parfait.

j ai passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines chez Chloé... J ai beaucoup apprécié son accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité en cas de petits soucis ... le studio est très cocoon, bien pensé et confortable ... la literie est bonne , la salle de bain de grande dimension...la déco de bon goût, nous fait sentir dans un vrai cocoon. De plus, de la porte vitrée , il y a une très belle vue sur le jardin . à recommander. j y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Gavin’s place offers a lovely view of Bruxelles, and has all the amenities that you might need. It was clean and comfortable too. Gavin himself was so gentlemanly and offered to help me with my luggage, which was a nice touch!

We had an amazingly comfortable stay at Lou’s studio. The communication from the time of the booking to our arrival and during our stay was prompt and responsive. It was very welcoming to see Lou present at the time of our arrival. She met us at the apartment and ensured we were settled in well and also provided us some good tips of navigating around Brussels and places to see and recommended restaurants. The apartment itself is very breezy with bright sunlight and a nice view and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very close to the station if you are arriving by train. Grand Place & town Centre is walking distance. Highly recommend Lou’s place for anyone visiting Brussels.

Zeer vriendelijk, leuk verblijf. Konden zelfs iets langer van de jacuzzi genieten om dat we later toekwamen zonder problemen. Rustige omgeving. Aanrader

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Echt een heerlijk huisje. Het terras is heerlijk in de zomer, lekker in de schaduw. Na een lange dag wandelen is de jacuzzi heerlijk. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt hier en de omgeving is ook leuk.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
