Beautiful view, studio 3 minutes' walk to the village

Exceptional view of the village for this independent air-conditioned studio with terrace located on the ground floor of our house. Car parking in the garden. We provide the linens, and towels. We can also provide beach towels 300 meters from the center of the village of Flayosc with all the shops, come and relax in this privileged setting with absolute calm between the sea and the Verdon Gorge. The studio is 40 minutes from Verdon and 35 minutes from the sea.

Hello We were very kindly welcomed by Christelle and Eric. The accommodation is very quiet and we have a lot of private spaces. Everything was super clean. The pool is well located in a quiet area with everything you need. You can walk to the center where you can find everything you need. Eric and Christelle give a lot of tips about restaurants and excursions. If we pass through the area, we are sure to return. Thank you, we - not I ;-)) - felt very comfortable in your home

Super hosts, warm and attentive! The beds were made upon arrival, the accommodation was particularly clean. The equipment was at the top, the summer kitchen, the swimming pool, the calm of the neighborhood, the beauty of the village... in short, we had only one regret, that of not being able to stay long. We left with nostalgia and a great desire to come back!

We had an amazing weekend with friends in this just awesome villa! The interior is even better than in the photos: very spacious, modern, and above all very well equipped (appliances, games, parasols, buoys, etc.). The cleanliness was impeccable too. The setting is very private, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Magalie and her husband are very nice and very responsive hosts who were able to make themselves available as soon as we needed them! We'll definitely be back!

Thank you for your warm welcome. David and his wife are very welcoming. The house is even more beautiful than on the pictures. The place is beautiful. Everything was very clean. It's the ideal house to rest peacefully. The barbecue, the garden furniture, the hammock, the pool area - it's a real delight. A paradise. Thank you again for this stay. We look forward to staying with you again. I recommend this house without hesitation!

We had a great vacation with family and friends. The accommodation is 45 minutes from a multitude of activities, ideally located between the Mediterranean Sea (Sainte Maxime, Fréjus, Saint Raphaël, Antibes) and the lower Verdon Gorge, Waterfalls and natural pools where you can cool off and enjoy the views are 20 minutes from the house, And for the days when we didn't want to move, the accommodation was quite suitable for many activities, badminton, swimming pool, pleasant terrace House amenities are perfect, Thanks again for our stay :)

A very nice house that we will definitely book again. Whether it was the large pool where we could relax during the day or the large terrace with the large sofa where we lay in the evening and watched stars, everything was exactly as we wanted it. Usually we go out to eat a lot on vacation, but the large kitchen invited us to cook. The house has many beautiful and lovingly furnished corners that make you feel right at home. Josef is very personable and we coordinated our arrival by phone. I would have liked a faster response from him to my questions before and during the stay. The contact person on site was Robert. Robert is, like everyone else we met, super friendly and speaks super English. A house that we can absolutely recommend! Our children call it “The Dream House” Thank you, Albersmeyer family, for having us as guests in your beautiful home.
