The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Quaint mountain hut (self-catering)

Built around 1900, the mountain hut is located at 1150 m above sea level, far from public roads. 1 neighboring hut. The hut is especially suitable for motorsport fans (or for family members who do not want to go down :-)), it is only 3 km (6.4 km road) as the crow flies to the Red Bull Ring - engine noises audible. The hut has its own spring, electricity through PV system. Directions: steep, unpaved forest road. Off-road vehicles - at your own risk! Bring your own bedding / towels.

Our vacation home is in a quiet location but is still very easily accessible because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails in the forest also start right by the house. The house is very spacious and built very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers tranquility, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.
