Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Unser alter Bauernstadel, der 2023 liebevoll erweitert und renoviert wurde liegt am Waldrand in herrlicher Alleinlage und ist direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Durch die südseitige Ausrichtung genießen unsere Gäste von früh bis spät Sonne.

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. nicely refurbished appartment in a cozy authentic alpine house. Dishwasher and washing machine and a well equipped kitchen. The location near Oberdrauberg was awesome with good possibilities for klettersteige, hiking etc. in driving range. We will definantly come back to the area, and when we do, try to make new arrangements with Albert and Angelika for another stay.

Sehr moderne und saubere Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und der Check-In hat sehr gut funktioniert. Besonderes Highlight war die Sauna direkt am Wohnzimmer. Eine gelungenes Gesamtkonzept und wir werden wieder kommen

We came as 5 pax and everything was smooth and perfect from the check-in till we left. The staffs were always responsive (some of the nicest we've met) and had provided us a free upgrade to the chalet as it was unexpectedly cold for glamping during the days we were there. It also felt super private and serene with amazing views. Absolutely loved the experience and would come back! Big love from Malaysia :)

The best host of Airbnb that we ever met: warm and friendly. The house is like a castle, it's very peculiar and set in a quiet place; you are literally surrounded by nature and we were lucky enough to see the stars were well at night It doesn't take much by car if you want to visit the Kaerten lakes from there, and cities like Spittal and Lienz. Thank you very much Hetty!

Wir haben zu 3. mit Hund Urlaub gemacht und das Haus war für uns perfekt! Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Dort gibt es genügend tolle Ausflugsziele und wenn das Wetter einen Tag nicht so toll ist, genießt man eben den Ausblick und das gemütliche Haus. Familie Feil ist eine tolle Familie und war immer für uns da!
