Virginie and Tom are very nice, the apartment in the garden is beautiful, cozy and nice design. Check in and out worked independently and we were welcomed by three adorable cats. The bikes were great. We saw so much more of the city thanks to them.

I was only looking for basic amenities for this stay, so bed and bath in a quiet spot in the center. Despite the busy one-way street, you won't hear the traffic in the back of the property. It is an old building so you can sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors walking, but this was acceptable to me. The room is in the shade all day but has plenty of daylight and you can sit outside. Everything was nicely cleaned upon arrival and the new mattresses were very good. Fresh drinking water was ready and delicious towels. Expect the same standard as you're going to stay with friends or family. The location is close to opera, station, and other pick-up points by public transport. There are many restaurants in the area for any time of day. Communication around reservation, stay and departure went smoothly. For me, it was a great base for combi sightseeing and follow a multi-day workshop. I hope to return again in a spring or autumn.

Very nice welcome with clear and practical explanations about the accommodation. The place was spotless, very clean, true to description and photos We really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it because a lot of small details to make you feel comfortable. Nice attention from our hosts with breakfast on awakening Small bemol: few restaurants open today , but thanks to the responsiveness of our hosts, we were able to eat in a restaurant a few minutes away whose dishes were very well cooked. Thank you.

We probably filled up in the apartment. Danny is a very nice and friendly host. He gave us some tips for the excursions we also used. The apartment is located in a quiet location. However, the cities such as Brussels, Ghent and Bruges are easy and quick to reach by car. We were very pleased and will recommend the apartment!

We had a wonderful weekend at Hilde's home and we enjoyed it excellently. What a tranquility and such a beautiful place. In the morning, the birds chirping and you can see the squirrels crawling around. The apartment is very nicely decorated and we felt so good there. Hilde is very friendly, warm and attentive. She even offered to stay longer because there were no new tenants. But we had to go. We also met Hildes great dogs. And we met the beautiful group of chickens with rooster on this idyllic property. A dream. We will be happy to come back. Thank you so much for letting us stay there.

Our stay was great. There were two of us. It was great for a weekend. The beach was easily accessible by bicycle (which was available to us through the accommodation). We booked the place because of the nearby wedding location, about 200 m walk. Highly recommended if there is an event there. All in all, the accommodation was very clean and there was also an easy check-in thanks to the key box. :-)

We stayed here for a weekend and would do it again in a heartbeat! The surroundings are beautiful, quiet and green with a delicious bakery around the corner. Public transport is a few minutes walk away and also scooters and bicycles around the corner to discover the city from there. The apartment is attached to the hosts art gallery, which was very attractive. Plenty of nice bars, restaurants and second hand shops in Sint-Gillis within walking distance. The bed is super comfortable and Valerie is very nice, involved and flexible. It was a lovely place to return to after running around town.

We rented the cottage with our daughter of almost 2 years. A highchair and cot (covered) was available. Toys corner in the living room with a wide range of toys and picture books. Emily is a wonderful hostess who went out of her way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Her breakfasts were generous and always had fresh, new and interesting items to tempt… including cheeky chocolate chunks! The accommodation is also generous with plenty of space and, weather permitting, a lovely garden to enjoy. The position is also excellent, providing easy access to many of Belgium’s cities and attractions if you want to avoid moving from place to place. We highly recommend Emily’s place and plan to return in the future.

Seamless experience and perfect for my needs, as I wanted above all a well-maintained space for over a month in nice, calm surroundings to do some work and from which I'd search for a more permanent home in the region. As such, I especially appreciated the cleanliness, spaciousness, the ability to do laundry, the fresh air and the peace of mind. Being without a car, I had to plan a little more carefully my trips to the grocers or to go out of town, but that was my situation-specific challenge. This was my first stay at an Airbnb. If every future booking I make turns out to be this good and hosts are as welcoming and nice as Gertrud, then I'd consider myself extremely lucky. The bar's been set very high here, and I'm grateful I got to spend a few weeks in the right place to recharge and be productive at the same time.

I had a very pleasant stay at Carol's place. She is a hostess at heart and made sure my stay was memorable. She offers a beautiful room with a beautiful garden in a quiet area. The cats were a nice extra and provided extra coziness. Breakfast was provided, abundant and tasty. A nice surprise was the lounge area for the guests where you can relax with a book or a glass of wine. You will stay near the cycling and walking route network, so you can explore as soon as you want. I can only recommend, you felt like coming home.
