Chalet vacation rentals in Flanders

We had a great weekend at Ruth and Martin's place. The two are great people, loving, hospitable, open and interested (but not intrusive). We were very well informed in advance about our stay so we knew what to expect before arrival (e.g. surroundings, shopping, wifi access, etc.). The little cottage was stocked with everything we needed. It is very well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. We felt at home and did not miss anything. We appreciated the proximity to Ghent, but actually only spent our time on the farm and was in the sun. The huge and winding garden invites you to dream, you enjoy the quiet and the beauty of nature. Thank you Ruth and Martin for this lovely PLACE!

We enjoyed the green athmosphere, the view and the zen-looking furniture. Everything was available and clean. Many fun things to do with small children, even indoors when it rains. We went during autumn-holiday. The forest was beautiful and it was very peaceful around. Sometimes it was cold inside, it took some time to heat the place up, but once heated up, it was very cosy.

Lovely find! Very cosy and peaceful. Very clean kitchen and pod. The breakfast was beautifully presented in a wicker basket and was really delicious. Bathroom was very clean and warm! Would definitely recommend!

A perfect place to relax.

Gurbuz is very welcoming. No question is too much. It is always available to make it an unforgettable evening. The location is as indicated. You don't pay for luxury but to just be able to do your own thing without worries. On the lawn it is possible to place extra tents if you are more than 12 guests.

Benedict’s chalet was the break we needed from the city. The location is great, close enough to super markets and cities for little day trips.

Beautiful cottage with all the luxury of home. Perfect for a family, comfortable rooms, open dining space indoor and outdoor, nice lounge. Really beautiful to walk directly onto the lake and admire the view, walk down to the playground or venture into the national park forrest a little further. Totally peaceful and everything went perfectly well, highly recommended.

Beautiful, quiet and super well equipped. Stay here if you are a family wanting to relax surrounded by nature.

We rented for 5 days, Christoffel called us about 1 month before to check in and gave us some information, which I thought was nice. Once there, we were welcomed very well by himself and his wife. The accommodation is perfectly identical to the description and the rental was very clean and tidy. Ideal for the 4 of us (6 would go too), it is really very well equipped, I had almost nothing to bring for my one year old child, it's appreciated. It's quiet and close to a lot of things including the sea. We are delighted with this week and would definitely recommend this place. See you soon
