The cottage is located on a large nature plot with many birds. The surrounding nature invites you to MBT, walking or bathing in the ocean or in the ocean bathhouse, which is right next door. The cottage and Slettestrand have a very special atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation that can both provide the setting for a retreat or a holiday from which you are not home.

Natural little house offered for one and multi-day rental. We have decorated the house as we think is cozy and tried to make it "homely". The house has 2 lovely large rooms with double beds and space for a travel bed. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed that can also be folded out and provides 2 extra beds. There is a lovely outdoor room where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy the view in the garden, which is enclosed and has a lovely view of the fields. The house is a stone's throw from Limfjorden and nature.

It is only 250 meters from the North Sea, and after the short walk across the dunes, you have the most beautiful view of the sea. On the beach and at the house, you can enjoy the quiet and scenic surroundings with heather, marsh grass, dunes and the wide sandy beach. The beach house has terraces for all meals - to the east for breakfast, to the south for lunch and of course to the west for dinner.

On the beach in Slettestrand, the old sea boats can still be seen and you can follow the work at the local sea boat yard.

Thorup Strand is one of the only places in Denmark where boating daily is pulled up on the beach after fishing. Here you can buy fresh fish directly at the boats. The house was built for the manager of the small nearby brickyard where clay were uncovered from the surrounding hills. The house lies very isolated between the hills. The garden around the house is very large and has many coves where you can find peacefulness lying in the grass or having a great lunch in the sun.
