Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Unique location on a large secluded nature plot. Walking distance to the beautiful North Sea and the fishing boats. Mtb tracks and forest are a few hundred meters from the house. There are good terraces with shelter at the house. The house is simple in its decor with modern kitchen and larger bathroom. There are two double bedrooms (160cm ) as well as two rooms with single bed (200 x 90cm) and (185 x 90cm). There is a sandbox and swings. You must bring your own wood for the wood-burning stove. Not rented to young people under 23 years.

The sea lodge

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

North Jutland - Idyllic countryside.

We live in a scenic area, with a magnificent view of the field, lake and forest. Rest your soul and settle into the garden, or the windowsill. Walk into the woods or down to the lake and watch the fish. There is a small step into the house and stairs to the first floor. The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor, upstairs there is a cozy TV lounge, and with room for card or board games. It is a 10 minute drive to Fjerritslev, which is an operating commercial town with great shops and eateries.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwestern corner of Limfjorden is Oldes Hytte. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.
