Monthly Rentals in Fiumicino

Paola is one of the best Airbnb hosts I've ever had. She is very friendly, kind and considerate, plus she always care about keeping the place clean, so in that regard I'd recommend booking any of her spaces. In relation to the place itself, it's a very peaceful neighborhood with private bathroom and a small kitchen, a big plus is the terrace surrounded by gardens, which provides the studio with fresh air. I'd recommend the space to anybody, but there's a caveat: it is far from the city center... even from the Fiumicino cita, so it would be more convenient to have a motorcycle or a car when booking the place because seems like Paola can offer a private parking or even in the street outside the building because the neighborhood seems to be safe as well.

Great place to stay. We just needed a place to spend the night to fly back home the next day. The apartment was perfect for us as it was about less than 10 min from the airport. The place looked like it was recently renovated as stated in the listing and was squeaky clean. The host was super responsive and answered all my questions fully within 5 min or less. Would stay here again.

David’s place was excellent. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The garden was beautiful and very safe for children to play in. Everything was provided and it was great having two bathrooms. There are loads of great bars and restaurants nearby and you can walk to the beach which has a lovely beach bar. We were staying in Fiumicino as we have family who live there and we were really impressed at how lovely it was. David was a great host. He welcomed us and showed us around but did not impose. Thanks for great stay David!
