The Villa is surrounded by greenery, a totally natural enchanted place. You can admire the sunset over the Ionian Sea from the west-facing terrace. The house has large outdoor spaces, including a garden, a patio and a private parking lot, as well as indoor spaces. In the park of the property you will find a "Health Path" with seven stations and an outdoor shower.

17th Century Stone Cottage

A scenic fully restored 17th century traditional stone cottage in a peacfull location in the forest at the Northest part of Cephalonia (Antipata). From the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the view ofthe cypress forest, the sea, and also the stunning sunset. The cottage is located next to foot trails leading to different traditional villages and beaches and the closest one is Dafnoudi. In the center of the village which is 3 minutes on foot, you will find mini markets as well as some taverns.

Renovated in 2019, but having kept the elements of the town's traditional architecture, Anna Maria's will give you an authentic taste of the blend of modern and traditional design. Located in the heart of Fiscardo, our charming studio, will provide you with the ultimate spot to experience the town. Our studio is located in the town's picturesque square surrounded by local restaurants and coffee places. *COVID-19 PCR and rapid tests provided by the local doctor (3min walk from the property)

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The two stonehouses are located in the north of Kefalonia island about a 10 minute drive from the famous yacht harbour Fiscardo and 90 minutes from the islands´ airport. The traditional houses are surrounded by olive groves, almond trees and flowers. The cypress beach “Foki” with the typical emerald green-coloured water is a few driving minutes away from the property. The famous “Myrtos” beach and the peninsula Assos, are at 30 minutes accessible.
