This great place has a spacious master en suite separate from guest bedrooms. On the opposite end of the house you'll find 2 guest rooms separated by a guests bath. One of these rooms is very spacious an it's equipped with a premium king size bed, a flatscreen smart TV, private seating area, as well as a walk-in closet. Ammenities include: Keurig coffee maker, dishwaser, a bbq grill, firepit and outdoor furniture. And it's conveniently located in a peaceful area close to freeway entrance.

Newly furnished! The perfect spot! Less than 2 minutes to the military base, 5 mins to the Yuma palms mall, and 2 mins to Yuma airport. 8 mins from the Yuma regional medical center. We’re a Great spot for families. Come and stay with us for business or vacation. Welcome winter visitors, Dove hunters, river boating and sand dune off-road enthusiasts! We are located 10 miles from the Quechuan casino and we’re 11 miles from Los Algodonas, Mexico. Additionally, there are 13 golf courses!

Maria‘s place is where you need to stay in Yuma! The home is immaculate and very well decorated. The kitchen is so well stocked. I have never seen an Airbnb with the kitchen in such great shape and so many amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were exceptional. I would highly recommend Maria’s place!

Our stay was wonderful! The space was very clean and comfortable. Each room had its own tv so that was a plus. The location was great, close to the downtown shops and the mall was only a 5 min drive. We also appreciated how spacious the kitchen was. Our host was amazing as well, he responded fast and always made sure we felt comfortable. Overall 10/10, we will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! In fact, we extended our stay three times! Thankfully, the home was available, and Kyle was fantastic at responding quickly and accommodating us. For once, I didn’t feel the need to reach for my Clorox wipes or Lysol spray—the place was spotless! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing. We also loved the private patio! We’ll definitely be staying here again and recommend to family and friends!

Best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Everything we needed for a 2 wk stay was provided. Very comfortable and adorable house. The bed was super comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Didn’t need much communication with Sandra and Scott because everything was perfect but they did check in with us. We will come back if in Yuma again.

We enjoyed this lovely home in a peaceful quiet area! It was a very easy checkin & our hostess had clear directions & was responsive when we messaged. The rooms were all nice sized & clean! We only needed 4 nights, but it was a 5 night minimum….so made it more expensive for us. We knew that ahead of time, but probably won’t book it again because of that. The main suggestion is for new sheets, as they had the little ‘pills’ that aren’t as comfortable as smooth sheets….but they were clean. Overall we had a very nice stay here!

This Airbnb was a perfect fit for my family of four. The place was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owner was nice and responsive. I would love to stay here again when I come back to visit Yuma. I will definitely be buying the soft towel and rags off of Amazon. :)
