100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

We look forward to your visit! - Not suitable for tall/heavy people, we have nothing against tall/heavy people, but everything it is a bit more compact :) - Room not 100% finished yet, there are still a few sharp edges ;)

Wirklich ein sehr gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment! Zentrale Lage, alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen !

Ich kann kaum in Worte fassen, wie unglaublich unser Aufenthalt in diesem bezaubernden Haus am See war. Von Anfang bis Ende war es eine wahrhaft magische Erfahrung, die ich jedem empfehlen würde, der nach einer erholsamen und idyllischen Auszeit sucht. Das Haus selbst ist ein Juwel der Architektur und des Designs. Mit seinen großen Fenstern, die den atemberaubenden Blick auf den See einfangen, und den gemütlichen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern fühlten wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause.

Tanja und ihre Schwiegereltern, die die Hütte verwalten, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist natürlich traumhaft und die Hütte sehr schön. Anzumerken ist, dass der Strom per Aggregat zur Verfügung gestellt wird und zwischen 21 - 06:00 Uhr nur sehr reduziert (Licht) verfügbar ist. Die Heizung ist eine Ofenheizung, bei der Höhe und den dortigen Temperaturen auch gut zu wissen. Die Kommunikation war gut. Anfahrtsweg kann ein wenig einschüchtern, wenn man neu in den Bergen ist - Das Navi sagt auf Bergstraßen 100 km/h und berechnet so die Anfahrtszeit früher. Man ist aber eher mit 30-50km/h unterwegs. Hinfinden tut man gut

We were two couples (old friend for 45 years) using the Haus and stayed over Christmas and New Year. The location and the mountain views are magical, perfect to relax. It is remote and driving to town takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the road condition (snow and winding mountain road). So stock up and relax :)

Great place if you're looking for a quiet and secluded space with beautiful views. The bungalow was ready for us in every aspect: clean, plenty coffee pods, burning wood ready, BBQ with charcoal available, clear instructions how to use the pellet burner. There was even a lovely welcoming gift. Such a small gesture but makes such a difference! The owner was helpful and responsive. Gave us some recommendations which we were happy to explore. The only things we were missing where some basic kitchen stuff, such as salt, pepper, tea bags. There was no shower gel or shampoo available and towels were very small. Overall, the place was well prepared for us and the owner looks after his guests. And these views! Highly recommended!
