Charming duplex (60 m2 Carrez law, 90 m2 on the ground), in a listed building located two minutes from the cathedral (view of the cathedral from the living room and one of the bedrooms). Bright apartment, very well equipped, located on the 4th floor without elevator access, dual-aspect and offering an unobstructed view. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here, too, there is a smart TV. The large terrace invites you to linger. A parking place is available.
