Monthly Rentals in First Encounter Beach

Jack's place was a great spring getaway for our family (2 adults + 2 kids and a grandpa). It is very nicely decorated, spacious and seconds from Kingsbury beach. Nice sea view from the upstairs lounge, the sunsets never disappoint! Unfortunately the weather was still too cold for enjoying the very nice garden at the back.

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s place. The location was ideal — quiet, close to the downtown area, and with a lovely view. We found the place to be well-stocked and very cozy. We enjoyed playing the baby grand piano and, were the weather better, would’ve certainly enjoyed sitting in the nice yard overlooking the bay. We had a great visit.

Beautiful area, clean apartment, easy access, lots of closet space, nice bathroom and view from small deck. Loved the fact that we didn’t need to bring our own bed linens, towels or beach chairs! A minor critique is the bed could have been a bit bigger ( didn’t feel like a queen?) and a bit more comfortable. overall, a great place to stay and we recommend it! A great value! We had an amazing week in Eastham at Billy and Beth’s place! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and offered plenty of privacy. It was also wonderfully quiet and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our daily outings. Billy and Beth are fantastic hosts—friendly and generous. Their love for music was a delightful bonus, and we even got to hear Billy and his friend Bob play at the Yardarm in Orleans. It was a great experience and added a special touch to our stay. If you’re curious about how American entrepreneurship in the mid-20th century, plexiglas, and a famous Hollywood actress are connected to Billy’s history, be sure to ask him. It’s a fascinating story! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
