Well appointed kitchen, flat screen TV, selection of DVD's & books. Close to local swimming pool and tennis courts, 5 mins to town center. Great Golf course just (10min) drive which has a view of Lake Te Anau, hire clubs available.The owner uses the back section to store his boat please allow access when parking.

Across the road from the lake this 3 bedroom home built in 1969 is still owned by the same family. Newly renovated are the 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and laundry with new washer and dryer. Elevator for easy access to each level with your luggage and shopping. Upstairs is a fantastic view with large opening sliding doors on to the deck or conservatory if the day is cooler. Fully equipped kitchen, yet to be renovated but very workable. Walk to shops, restaurants and parks within minutes.
