The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Høllen also has a fantastic beach for both adults and children, located right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park Høyt og Lavt. Gangavstand til innsjø, med flott, barnevennlig badeplass. Kano tilgjengelig for leietaker. Ca 20 minutter å kjøre til Evje sentrum. Kortere til Mineralparken, Klatreskogen og gokart-bane. Cooktop connected to gas. Access to water in water tanks. The outdoor toilet is about 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to provide yourself with firewood during your stay. Tenants receive directions to the cabin. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin.

Bunk bed with room for 2 people, as well as a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. The cabin is idyllically located by Manflåvann which is part of the salmon-bearing stretch in Mandalselva. Canoe and kayak for children can be used freely by guests at the cabin.
