The stay in Honningsvag was spectacular! Clean and tidy place on our arrival! Super friendly and very kind host: we arrived late as we were stopped for two and a half hours due to the weather conditions, but Emmi made us find something for dinner as the supermarkets would have been closed when we arrived! It was a beautiful experience ❤️

Had a fantastic time at Vera's place. I stayed here for more than 5 weeks. The price is very good, the area is beautiful and Vera is very friendly and thoughtful. The sauna was a bonus. The bedroom is also a lot more spacious than indicated. It remains a bit of a dark home but that was to be expected. The value for money is completely top and I felt extremely at home here. In consultation with Vera, everything is also possible, I was able to add an extra desk and if a friend invited to come by. Recommended!

For our stay, this was perfect. The apartment was a good size and very clean, on arrival. Jan even left us pastries in the morning , which was a pleasant surprise. Quiet and peaceful for when we had to sleep during the day after begin out in the Hare Hide all night.

Excellent accommodation. Very friendly hosts; they answer within minutes and can come if you need anything. The house is cozy, there are giant TV, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen etc. There is even a small library, as well as both bath and shower. Totally recommend

Exceptional. A home from home feeling. Absolutely the place to recharge yourself. Put the fire on, get your book out, and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and mountains. Go to bed, open the window, feel the fresh cold sea breeze flow through the room and fall asleep with the waves hitting the rocks. No need counting sheep, your gone ZZzzz. Communication was excellent, instructions clear and super warm upon arrival. Everything you could ask for in the home. We have stayed in many places, and many have left you wishing you had packed something! NOT HERE. The small details that make you feel you have chosen the right home are important. I had my reservations over jacuzzi, but this one was perfect. Super-hot with great sea view of the mountains. Getting here was relaxed, the views are spectacular, and the roads are cleared. Even better than all the pictures!! Absolutely gorgeous, clean and very peaceful. If you thinking of booking, this is the one! Venti is very good at responding and being helpful. He even warned us of bad weather conditions coming. I’d stay here again in a heart beat!

We spent a few nights in Bente's wonderful apartment. The location was fantastic, close to the sea. We enjoyed stunning sunsets from the nearby breakwater and had our morning coffee in the yard, soaking up the sun and the sea view. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, allowing us to cook comfortably in the kitchen. The provided maps and tips about local services and attractions were a great bonus. We couldn't have asked for more!

My second time staying here for Christmas. I’ve stayed in 2 other Airbnbs in Hammerfest as well as a couple hotels throughout the years and I came back to this place because it works best for me.

Modern, clean apartment in a great location overlooking Vadso Harbour, with views of the Hurtigruten ferry stopping by every morning. As birders, we particularly enjoyed looking out of the windows and seeing sea ducks - including Common and King Eider and Long-Tailed Duck - at close range in the harbour. It's possible to book a floating photographic hide in the harbour, just a short walk away, if you want even closer views of the birds. The accommodation is well located for exploring different areas of Varanger including searching for the aurora.

We stayed at Oyster-Catcher Monday to Friday, at the end of September and we are incredibly happy with our stay here. The view was amazing no matter the weather. We felt at home in the cabin and here was everything we needed of equipment etc. It was beautiful and peaceful here on Ekkerøy and it was amazing to be so close to the sea. Lots of nice to see here, an eldorado for photo enthusiasts! Ingjerd was nice and helpful and gave us great tips for our journey to Vardø. We will come back, preferably to experience another season here on Ekkerøy. Thanks for us!
