A very beautiful and spacious cabin in a great location. Extremely quiet and tranquil - perfect. I spent close to a week there in winter together with my dog for working remotely and travelling and it was perfect for both and for both of us :) The host(s) are very very nice and helpful as well. So: Highly recommend you book a stay here.

Very friendly host. Fantastically beautiful cottage, very cozy. Very quiet and quiet environment. We slept wonderfully and the jaccuzi was a plus for relaxing to leave again.

Randi was an amazing host! She really went out of her way to make us feel super at home in her lovely cabin. The place is gorgeous; a beautiful cabin in a remote, natural location. We had a great time, thank you Randi!

Ola’s cabin was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The area around the cabin was beautiful and provided the most stunning views to wake up to in the morning. The cabin was well equipped and furnished well. Everything you could need was included. Petrol Station with small shop was located 10 minutes down the road with bigger shops being located around 1 hour away. If visiting, i’d highly recommend the 2 hour drive to Nordkapp, the highest point in Continental Europe. The drive up the E69 has lovely scenery and there is a cafe, gift shop and museum. The drive is more than achievable as long as you have a AWD car. There are busses from Honningsvåg if that is more accessible. Overall, amazing stay. Thank you 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well-located - close enough to town for supplies/activities, but peaceful and near a forest / ski slope. Very clean house, well-equipped kitchen, sauna/hot tub and cozy set-up. Host is very responsive and kind - we arrived late and she arranged some basic groceries for us, and responded quickly to questions. Great spot for family or couple get-away - we'd definitely come back!

The accommodation was the best part of our stay in Alta. When we thought of a place where we could make the most of our experience in the Arctic Circle, we never imagined that there could be something so magical. A snowmobile trail, northern lights, a cabin that couldn't be more cozy, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor igloo to grill and not get cold while watching the northern lights and all the snow around, an outdoor area in the woods with a zip line and a swing. It was an incredible experience, undoubtedly the best in Alta. I would pay a lot more to enjoy this place, because for everything it offers, the price is great. Unbeatable!!! Thank you!!!

An old, wooden cabin between the fjord and mountains, no extra luxuries needed.

We had a great experience. We got to see the Northern Lights a few nights. We hiked and by car in the area. The area is magical and the house is located in a very good place. It is important to emphasize that we felt that the host was very available and exceptionally accommodating.

I spent one night on the campground in a cabin. Norvald was excellent in explaining everything and showing me around. The campground is small but very cozy. Would certainly recommend and come again!

Beautiful cabin, perfect to families and also people new to the “Cabin” life. Very nice area, clean cabin with everything you need as a family. Nice location, and close to Finland for shopping etc. highly recommended!

We felt super comfortable in the cozy cottage. It's just everything is available, nice and quiet and if you want, Roger is quickly accessible. The personal furnishings and the history of the house made it special for us. If you are a good walker, you can take beautiful hikes. You only need a car to explore the wider area. Our highlight was great northern lights over the mountains and the fjord...unforgettable. We highly recommend it.

Charming cabin ideally located on the road to the North Cape. Very quiet, the view from the terrace is splendid. Obviously the accommodation is a little dated but it is in part all its charm. Ingar is adorable and gave great advice.

Spent 3 nights at Ann Kristine cabin. We felt straight away at home in this stunning arctic surrounding with a lake a walking distance from both sides of the house. The house has everything someone needs and there is a good reason for that: the place is used by Ann Kristine and her family as a home away from home. This cabin is modern, cozy and peaceful. That living room is to die for. Great for chilling out or eating while looking at the scenery from 3 sides. The bathroom is big and a heaven to have a shower. The rooms are comfortable and reminds of an alpine chalet type of rooms. Ann Kristine was very responsive and we were happy to see her and have a friendly chat with her and her husband. And as cherry on the cake we were lucky to see the Northern lights from the backyard. Definitely recommend.

Roger and Hege's place is amazing! Super nice location, clean and tidy and Roger and Hege are really easy and quick to communicate with as well as an incredible hospitality! We would be glad to come back!

Kenneth's place is even a nice view of the water. Woke up to the back of the roast playing right on the outside of the bedroom window and the red fox lurking around. Cabin is suitable for anyone who wants proximity to nature and the outdoors. The host could have written a little nice booklet about without me physically meeting him. Kenneth arranged to pick up the package in the mail before our arrival. I picked this up at his home address in the middle of the night. To welcome his guests, he had added a piece of meat suitable for the fire pit at the cabin!! Kenneth followed up throughout the whole stay and was genuinely busy that everything was ok with the guests and if we had settled in. Would highly recommend this host!

Our stay at Birgitte's place was incredibly beautiful. We felt like watchful. Their hospitality, impeccable communication and helpfulness made our stay a great experience. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful and quiet. We were able to enjoy the days and thank you very much for the great accommodation

Very nice cottage in the middle of nature, but still quite easily accessible. Perfect to serve as base for fishing and hiking.

Very nice house. Ørjan was very responsive to welcome us in the evening because we found ourselves stuck on the road without accommodation.

Very nice place! The host was very nice, available and flexible, and responded quickly both before and during the stay. The place has a good standard, good sleeping places and practical and spacious open living room and kitchen - and great views of the river. The wood-fired sauna after long days on a trip was also lovely. Happy to come back!
