The Guest Suite at Walnut Grove Farmhouse

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Catharine Cottages (#2 Keuka)

Find luxury inside and nature outside. Cottage 2 has a double bed in one corner, a comfortable futon pull out in the opposite corner and a private bath. Additionally find a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied. We offer a welcome basket with oatmeal, muffins,popcorn, nuts, local cheese & jam, and fruit. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers and a picnic table with a private fire pit and charcoal grill. We supply firewood ($4 a bucket) and charcoal (free).

All Seasons All Reasons Lake house

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.
