Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. With rapidly changing weather boats or jet skis can’t be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is already included in the price you pay. As of 2025, New York State charges sales tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space.
