Looking for a quiet break in the countryside. We are waiting for you to stay in our quiet peaceful haven in the countryside. Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

Ceiling height 1.92 m. Studio for 2 people with all the comforts, located under our quiet veranda. The home overlooks a green pedestrian path. You have a completely independent entrance. Parking is free on the street. 15 mins walk to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 7 mins to the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the reservation is for a minimum of 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24 Hours of Le Mans and "Le Mans Classic": 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

Large house in the heart of the city of Moncé-en-Belin, 5 km from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. On the ground floor: Beautiful kitchen open to the living room. Also a shower room as well as separate toilet and access to the outside equipped with a wooden deck. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms including a suite with bathroom. And finally on the 2nd floor a suite offering 1 king size double bed as well as a pull-out bed and its bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
