Monthly Rentals in Filignano

We stayed for two nights at Federica's place in Colli a Volturno. House surrounded by nature, a few minutes' drive from the town center and from restaurants and services. Giacomo, who handled the check-in, was very kind to give us tips on what to see in the area and was available. The lake of Castel San Vincenzo is about 15 minutes by car from the house. You can park on the street a short walk from the house. For me it is a fantastic place to relax and to visit the surroundings, hiking or trekking and the hosts are keen to have a great stay by providing everything you need. We loved the terrace and the family of kittens that practically live in the building opposite. Good value for money in general.

Beautiful experience being hosted by Fiorentina. super helpful and discreet, attentive to our curiosity about the area with always a prompt and kind answer on how to best experience it. Spacious, airy and bright house, with a beautiful built-in kitchen. We came in the spring but surely even in winter it would be a beautiful experience given the original fireplace in the dining room. We had a great stay in Cerasuolo. The house dates from 1858 and has been tastefully updated to provide all the amenities that are required. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has a walk in shower. Marco is an excellent host who responded quickly to any queries we had and checked that everything was going well during our stay. The village is in a historic area of outstanding natural beauty unspoiled by mass tourism.

Giovanni's apartment was very cosy and provided everything I needed for a couple of restful days. The town is very small but there are villages close by with restaurants and shops. The highlight is the location, especially if you want to do some hiking. Above all, Giovanni was extremely kind, bringing me food when I arrived late, and also personally helping me fix an issue with my car. I would recommend this stay purely because Giovanni is a generous and kind person.
