The little house

"La casetta" is located in a mountainous area near Roccagorga (LT). It is 35 minutes from the sea (Sabaudia), between Rome (50 minutes by train from Sezze) and Naples. The house is autonomous, with a large garden and private use of the swimming pool (from June to October), the swimming pool overlooks the valley with views of the mountains and horizon on the sea of Circeo. It is equipped with a fireplace for heating and a large outdoor BBQ. There are two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), a bathroom and an indoor kitchen.

A two-story chalet is showcased, featuring a stone exterior and wooden accents. The building is framed by well-maintained gardens and a gravel driveway. Large windows allow for ample natural light, and a covered porch provides an inviting entrance.
