It has basement (bedroom - bath) a ground floor (kitchen - living room) and first floor (bedroom - bath) with a small attic (two mattresses). In a distance of 1,5 km there is a big Resort (Sani resort) with a marine, shops, bars, restaurants, mini market and nice beaches.
