Vacation rentals in Filakes Xenofontos

We had a lovely stay at Chryssa’s place. She and her family are wonderful and understanding hosts, also very responsive and proactive in communication. We walked to Simantro beach, the walk back up the hill is quite a walk, but a good workout after the beach. The beach is great, with fine sand and clear water. The apartment is small, but very clean and you have everything you need. These were some of the best beds we slept in outside of our own. The garden is fantastic for the kids, there was always another corner to discover and enjoy for them. Thank you to Chryssa and her lovely family!

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

The house was absolutely beautiful, spatious, clean with a huge garden and surrounded by nature. Close to organized and not organized beaches and to the nearest village. The host was very easy to talk to, answered all my questions immediately and even bought a children's bed just for us. Will totally visit again and absolutely recommend it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Elita et Thomas. La description est plus que conforme à nos attentes. Les atouts ont été l'accueil parfait, la vue splendide sur la mer et son coucher de soleil. Le calme, le confort, la piscine privée nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances, sans oublier les belles plages à proximité. L'équipement et la propreté ont été au rendez-vous. Merci de nous avoir fait découvrir cette belle région de Grèce via vos recommandations, nos familles ont été ravies de séjourner chez vous.

Very good location, close to the beach, surrounded by nature and quiet. Host is very amabile.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this house in Elani! The location is splendid, surrounded by forests, sweet hills and a quiet neighborhood. The air is clean and cool at night, despite being only one air conditioner in the top floor we didn't need it at all. Our favorite place was the balcony with the same relaxing view that the photos show. The house was big enough for our family of 8, the 3 bathrooms were very convenient, home appliances like the dishwasher, microwave, modern fridge worked without problems, there were enough kitchen tools and all kinds of useful things. There's also plenty of space outside to sit and relax, even a barbecue zone, but we haven't been there that long because we were busy going at the nearby beach. The elany bay is wonderful, <10 minutes by foot, <3 minutes by car, it is sandy, there's a beach bar and a restaurant and it was never crowded even in the middle of August. To summarize in one word, as my grandpa said, magnificent!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is well accommodated, has beautiful garden, even better than on pictures. The place is very close to a beautiful beach. The host is very responsive and gave us useful tips. The only downside is that Sani resort bought out everything on the beach, and there is no beach bar available anymore apart from pricey one within the resort (60 eur for the set of sunbeds and parasol). Luckily there are places nearby 15mins drive away (for example Kalithea) with plenty of beach bars that don't even charge for sunbeds.
