When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

Pine Villa is a three bedroom villa surrounded by nature at Sani, Kassandra Halkidiki! On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the living room plus two bedrooms with one bathroom. There is also an attic where the master bedroom with a small WC is located. Nearest beach is Koutsoupia Beach which is 900 meters away ( beach not organized ). Anemos Beach Bar is located 1.6km away. Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.
