We had a very short overnight stay, but Gianluca made it truly memorable. He went above and beyond to meet us late at night and made sure we felt completely welcome and comfortable. His kindness and hospitality were so appreciated after a long day of travel. He also recommended an incredible local restaurant that ended up being one of the best meals of our trip. Even though our time was brief, we left wishing we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend staying with Gianluca if you get the chance!

Amazing property with breathtaking views and pool. Lazio region is very underrated and this property is perfectly located to explore the little towns around Lazio. Plus it's fairly close to a train station to get to the center of Rome. Our only struggle was a stable internet connection for work, however Andrea is very proactive in resolving the issue

Giorgio's apartment, in addition to being tidy and clean, is equipped with all the necessary features for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Giorgio is also very kind and available to welcome the different requests and needs. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in or around Stimigliano!

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.
