Our house is located at a place called Le Couquet, a quiet area, in the municipality of Capdenac-Le-Haut (46), at the gates of Lot and Aveyron, a pretty fortified medieval village overlooking the Lot River and being one of the most beautiful villages in France. The proposed accommodation is located on the second floor of our house. Completely renovated, it is independent and accessible via an external staircase. It has a terrace that overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful panorama of the Lot Valley. Designed for 2 adults

Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

We offer our guests a lot of peace and space in a beautiful natural historically protected environment (Saut de la Mounine), 3 authentic stone houses from 1885, a private swimming pond, private parking, a large garden, furniture, barbecues, vegetable gardens, a herb garden, and a great view. We are happy to cook for you: breakfast, 3 course menu or a semi-prepared meal ready for you when you arrive. the beach on the river Lot is within walking distance, nice villages and markets to visit.

Charming little house for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Figeac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie ou les célèbres grottes de Pech-Merle, et aussi pour profiter des randonnées magnifiques dans la région et du canoë-kayak à quelques kilomètres dans la vallée du Célé.

Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.
