Fantastic experience staying here, we were 12 people on a golf trip and this place suited our needs perfectly. Beautiful building, extremely spacious and excellently decorated. Could not recommend the place enough

Fiona & Finlay’s house is spacious & had an ideal layout for our extended all adult family & friends group. The seven bedrooms, 6 shower rooms & 2 lounges were a huge bonus. Everything Crail has to offer visitors was a few minutes away from the front door. The spacious dining room let us relax enjoy the locally sourced food & catch up on our holiday experiences. Will definitely recommend & plan to return to Caiplie House.

A perfect location if you are visiting a student at the University. In town, but on a street with no parking and little traffic close to shops and restaurants. John was immediately reachable when we had an issue with the internet and the thermostat, both of which he immediately resolved by popping over within the hour. Entry was simple, the flat had lovely bedrooms and modern bathrooms. We did not make use of the outdoor space but it looked comfortable on a nice day. Kitchen was small with all the amenities one needs and lots of outlets for adaptors if you are coming from out of the country. Living area was small but we didn't spend a lot of time in the flat as we were moving our child into school. Overall the owners of this flat do a great job with their property and communication and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the University.

Chris's place was the perfect location and size for our family as we visited for a wedding. Rooms were good size and well maintained, albeit for one of the rooms curtain had not to be put up right. This did absolutely have no bearing on the stay and I know this will be something easily rectified for future guests. The location as mentioned was perfect and overall Chris's place made for a really great base for us to get around from. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to visit St Andrews!

We have rented the property multiple times as it is so impressive, great location and has everything that a golfing group requires. Well appointed rooms, lovely bathrooms and the perfect spacious living areas. A short stroll from shops, restaurants, bars, golf courses and the St Andrews sights.

Beautiful property and excellent location. We had 12 adults and we were very comfortable. Easy directions to Edinburgh. We loved the location, easy access to St. Andrews. Easy to walk to the store and restaurants. Boar’s Head restaurant got us a table for 12 as a late walk-in. They went above and beyond. Excellent service, friendly town. Would stay again.

Awesome place with terrific views of the Old Course and the ocean in the distance. Right in a perfect part of town accessible to everything that we needed. Great bedrooms and common areas with a beautiful roof for outdoor relaxation. We loved the town of St Andrews. highly recommend this property.

Great Airbnb. Close to the centre of town relatively speaking. Rooms were great and better than something you’d find right by the golf course. Also great value for money considering the location and time of year.

Rented the property for a golf break in St Andrews, house was clean and tidy and exactly as described. We received very good communication from the host. We had a great stay which all went without a hitch and would recommend.

Fantastic accommodation. Exactly as described. Clean and tidy, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend break thoroughly. Laurie and Chris really have a wonderful place and we thank them for sharing it with us.

The house is perfectly located right in the middle of crail. As soon as we checked in we were able to easily explore the town because of the great location. The reason we chose crail was because it was conveniently located to st. Andrews but we ended up enjoying our time in crail so much more than we expected because the house was in such a great location. We had no problems finding a parking spot on the street right in front of the house. The house is cozy, warm, welcoming and very clean. Since our time in crail was near the end of our journey we made use of the washing machine which worked perfectly.

Our stay was wonderful as were were arriving from different countries, Australia and Hong Kong. It was cosy and very comfortable stay and we enjoyed the location very much being so closed to everything. Communication was very prompt whenever we had questions or queries. We felt we were staying in a house instead of an apartment which gave us plenty of space. Thank you for our very pleasant stay. Rose

Very central, comfy and spacious house - perfect location for exploring St Andrews. The house is spotlessly clean with everything you need for a great stay.

We had a fantastic few days at Skipper's Retreat. The house is a great little quiet space in a fantastic location, about 1 minute from the main street and the beach/harbour. Having a parking space is a godsend as parking is difficult in NB. The house was perfectly clean, modern, and well laid out with everything you'd need. Ian even included some essentials like milk, bread, eggs, tea and coffee, and our children were delighted to find the Tunnocks! It was cosy and the heating was easy to work. We got a lovely pie in the butchers round the corner from the house (recommended in the house welcome pack) and cooked it one evening. We'd definitely stay there again if we would return to NB.

Perfect location down a lane off South Street, it’s within walking distance of all of St Andrews pubs, restaurants, beach and golf courses. 3 bed 3 bath house ideal for 6 guests. We had our pooches with us and the small enclosed garden was enough for them to get some fresh air when not out their big walks. Cupboards are stocked with all you can think off, and plenty games and books etc if you need! Excellent instructions and communication with the host and also the same in a ring binder in the property. Would definitely return!

Katrina and David were super friendly and helpful hosts. Everything was as described. Comfy beds and whole house clean. Felt like home. Would not hesitate to recommend and would return if ever in this area again.

Was super easy to access and very clean and tidy when we arrived. Was homely and equipped with anything you could ever need. Really appreciated the small touches, like toiletries in the bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious and comfortable townhouse. Great living space for socialising, up to date TVs with sky, Netflix etc. Gullane is lovely, amazing beach 5 mins walk from house. The Main Course Italian restaurant and goose on the green coffee shop recommended.
