It was a pleasant experience—the apartment is cozy and authentic. :-) The neighborhood is quiet, yet just about 200 meters away you’ll find lively bars, bistros, and restaurants. I’d say it’s a great place to stay in Venice: easy to reach from Piazzale Roma (around a 15-minute walk) and away from the crowds, in a neighborhood where, from what I could tell, many locals live.

We stayed a few days in Rosa's place and it was perfect. Easily accessible, very good communication with Rosa, large, clean, functional and practical accommodation. It is very well located. Very quiet and only a 10-minute walk to Place Saint Marc. Very good restaurants nearby. Close to a vaporetto stop. In short, ideal for a good stay in Venice. I totally recommend this host and place to stay. To be booked without a second thought.

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

Maria & Carlo were amazing hosts! They made it super easy to check in, as they took the time to meet us and made sure we knew our way around Venice! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and responded back quickly whenever we had questions about things to do or how to get around. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice in the future!

Very nice and clean flat. Guiseppe and Elisa were very kind and helpful at any point. Close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the historic center of choggia.

A spacious apartment within walking distance of the old center of Verona. It was so 20-30min walk and there was also a bus going. We traveled by train and the station is about 15 min walk. The apartment is spacious and clean and we were received very hospitably. Set in a quiet residential area, it has a lovely balcony. We stayed there for three nights and would definitely recommend.

A narrow, cobbled alley is flanked by pinkish-red walls, with doorways leading into buildings. A lantern hangs above the passage, casting a gentle light. The far end reveals a glimpse of a brighter courtyard, enhancing the sense of exploration.

Location is wonderful - 10 minute walk from the train station/Piazzale Romana, close to the main sights, but quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb has three floors - the main floor has the kitchen, dining, and one bathroom (with shower), the middle floor has one bedroom, and the upper floor has one bedroom and a second bathroom (without shower). We appreciated having the second bathroom since there were four of us. The kitchen had coffee and basic needs for our stay. We loved the feeling of staying in a Venetian home and would recommend it.
