Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per kwh unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors in to the garden.. The master bedroom is en suite with a 2nd Jack & Jill door.

The Maltings Studio is a spacious and stylish self-contained ground floor studio apartment for two (with a King-sized bed or two singles). It is located in the peaceful Lake District countryside within easy walking distance of Cartmel Village and all it's amenities. There are also many walking and cycling routes to explore directly from the Studio. It is part of an 18th century restored barn called The Malting House, where malt was stored and used to brew ale for the monks of Cartmel Priory.

We have lovingly restored a former working stable into a magical, cosy, charming snug-like retreat. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, L'Enclume diners, & visitors to Cartmel (1 mile away). (A babe in arms is welcome) 1 small pet allowed The apartment is a minute walk to all the amenities of Cartmel which includes the Race course and the famous Michelin starred Restaurants. We are just far enough from the villiage centre to be peaceful and relaxing. Tea and coffee is provided together with a welcoming drink. The Nook is a self-contained studio apartment located on the ground floor with our family residence above (separate entrances). You will have all the privacy you need to enjoy the tranquility that Grange over Sands has to offer. Great base from which to explore the Lake District. The Nook has beautiful views of Morecambe Bay. The bedroom /lounge /dining room space has a double bed with separate kitchenette and bathroom. There’s also a patio outside.
