Maria Teresa made us feel so welcome. Her home is gorgeous! She made amazing recommendations and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. We cannot wait to come back!

We loved staying at Angiola's place. She was warm and welcoming, and she had stocked the kitchen with all sorts of great food. We did a day trip to Bobbio, which was beautiful. Would happily stay again.

We felt very comfortable in the small house in the mountains. It has everything you need - above all, it is beautifully located. You have a great view of the mountains and absolute tranquility. Check-in with Loredana was very nice and straightforward - we will be happy to come back any time.

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

Antonio was a fantastic host. Great check in - clear instructions. Pool and garden were fantastic. Very secure, secluded and private garden. Wish it was my house! Did get quite a few mosquito bites but that's to be expected with the area. Host had lots of mosquito solutions, sprays etc. In short, a fantastic place and a great host who was v responsive. A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, this is the place to be. Magnificent views, large garden area with private vegetable garden for self-harvesting and great pool. The accommodation fully corresponds to the descriptions and pictures in the listing, is tastefully decorated and we immediately felt comfortable.

We had a great time! The location of the house was for us perfect. Everything, the towns and lake garda was one hour by car. We spend also alot of reading en bbqing in the garden. If you like quiteness this is the perfect location

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the terrace and garden! The parking space inside the courtyard is priceless. The neighbors are a little noisy, or maybe the walls are thin, but apart from some strange noises in the evening, they didn't bother us. There is no wifi, my son would have appreciated it, but it is clearly indicated in the description that it is not available, so absolutely no problem!

Super polite and helpful host. Very cozy and clean B&B. It was a nice experience, recommended place if you are looking for something quiet with the convenience of a bar in front. Also recommended for those who want to visit the Ferrari museum.

We loved our stay in the beautiful house! The location was great with kids and a dog (right next to the park) and it took no time to walk to the old town. Can highly recommend it and wish we could have stayed longer!

Magnificent historic place, magnificent host: Caterina was always attentive to us, communication was very fast and she is wonderful, without being overwhelming, but always ready to help us. Perfect home for short stays. Clean and equipped with a hearty breakfast and water. Antonio is very clear in the description of the access methods.

We stayed 4 nights in the accommodation and were more than satisfied. The host responded to questions and concerns within a very short time, we were provided with a hairdryer within an hour on request, the house was warm as requested, it was preheated, the bathrooms were very clean, all necessary utensils were available in the kitchen, there were toys for children, the garden and courtyard had enough space to park and play with dog and child. Everything was as described and the host was more than attentive. Thanks again for everything Michele, we had a lovely time.

Matteo's accommodation is a beautiful house with a strategic location to visit many places in the surroundings, perfect for hiking lovers and for those who love routes with a gravel bike. The house is a lady's house, with everything you need to feel good in both winter and summer. Matteo left us wood ready to use for the fireplace, the real gem of the house, which if you come from the city is a real treat. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a dishwasher, lots of utensils and a large fridge, as well as very good drinking water. Very large room with fireplace and large table even for multiple people, comfortable and spacious sofa. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a well-organized and very spacious bathroom. We stayed here for New Year's Eve but surely in summer you can enjoy the outdoors, which offers shaded and green areas all around. Maps of the area with CAI routes are available in the house, highly recommended host, we will certainly return to walk in the summer on the lakes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and comfortable property. It's location allowed us to experience Italy's beautiful and peaceful countryside and was also close enough to comfortably drive to the larger cities and popular sightseeing locations. Lorena's home had the benefits of lots of living area, privacy, cleanliness and comfortably suited our family of six! Lorena and Mario made us feel right at home and like family. They were always available if we had any questions and really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

Luciana is a most generous host who provided everything and more. place was huge, clean, and comfortable. there's private parking as well. recommend!

The accommodation is in a very quiet and super comfortable area to visit the Piacentine hills and the beautiful villages. The house is very clean and tastefully furnished, the two bathrooms are super comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. Sandra is very kind and helpful, thank you for everything and see you soon!

We found everything that is missing in our industrial cities of the Emilian Po Valley: a natural landscape seen from a hilly area of vineyards, all the Alps sprinkled with snow, sunrises and sunsets, a night sky with many more stars, never seen in the city and a priceless silence. The house is simple, but nothing is missing, there is a living room with a spacious and very welcoming kitchen, with 2 windows overlooking the landscape and a comfortable wood-burning stove, given the autumn period, great in the company of friends including our Golden dog, who we had to leave alone during the day, for 4 days, and Lucia immediately offered to check on her and keep her company. Given the cold period we could not enjoy the outdoors, but we already want to discover these places in the summer.

Wide space, both interior and a beautiful outdoor space (to be used mainly in the summer). Very secluded place, great for relaxing.
