My vacation home is located in the climatic health resort of Bärnkopf, a small place in the middle of the Weinsberg Forest at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The sun shines here very often while the fog hangs in the valley and the nights are starry. There is a good infrastructure - a shop, a tavern, many hiking trails, a swimming pond and in winter an extensive cross-country ski trail network. In the immediate vicinity you will also find Rappottenstein Castle, the Arbesbach Bear Forest, the Ysper Gorge and of course a lot of untouched nature.

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Hexenhaus befindet sich im Herzen des Wald4/teils. Du kannst gleich in den Rundwanderweg zum Lohnbachfall einsteigen. Mountainbike Strecken gibt es rundum genug. In der Nähe gibt es ein Waldbad und Naturbadeteiche. Ab 17:00 kann man im nahe gelegenen Kurhaus das Wellnessangebot nutzen. Im Winter ist es nicht weit zum Schifahren oder zu den Langlaufloipen.

We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. In the former inn Eichinger there is the cozy apartment. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it entices you to explore. Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by a crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the patio. There's no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time together.
