You will have a private enclosed garden with direct and autonomous access from the living room.

Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed !
