This quiet two-room apartment of 40 square meters, just 250 meters from the sea, has a large outdoor space with a pergola equipped for eating while enjoying the view of the gulf and the islands of the archipelago. It sleeps 4 and has a living room with a sofa bed and a 2nd pull-out bed, a kitchenette with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, a bathroom with a shower and a second outdoor shower, air conditioning (hot and cold air), a ventilation system with ceiling blades, a washing machine and a reserved outdoor parking space.

Fetovaia Mare&Monti

The house is in a BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET SETTING at an altitude of about 50 METERS. The beach is a 300-meter walk along a path that is partly unpaved and goes downhill and uphill. The final part of the road to be done by car to reach the house has two narrow and steep sections of a few dozen meters: PARTICULARLY INEXPERIENCED DRIVERS, BE CAREFUL!!! You get used to it later... YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LINENS (sheets, towels and kitchen towels): unfortunately, we are not yet able to provide this service.

Casa Pineta Elba, a short walk from the sea

Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

You will love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces and the views, the reserved parking a few meters from the house. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
